If it is decided to make a movie or documentary : ROGUE TRADER 2 : THE FRENCH CONNECTION, I am certain that one of my e-mails will be included, possibly the “mother of all coincidences". A farewell message from me to all my colleagues, an e-mail from Sept. 2006, mentioning “remember Barings", and “remember Enron". And I got reprimanded for it!, and forced to state that my message was not specifically aimed at SG, nor implying slack controls. The e-mail is perhaps, like a said, a big coincidence?? The e-mail, with it's subsequent reprimand, of which I have a copy, and my retract, should be on record at Societe Generale head office, and definitely at S.G. CYPRUS, where I was a Branch Manager for 8 months. .

Underserved Markets Serve Mediacom Well
I still have it today. I own 24% of the company's A stock and I own all the B stock, which gives me 75% voting control of the company." Mediacom's first big acquisition came in 1998, when it purchased US Cable from Cablevision Systems Corp. The properties served 260,000 customers in 10 states and quadrupled Mediacom's subscriber base. By the following year, Mediacom had purchased Triax Communication and Zylstra, doubling the company's size again to 725,000 customers in 21 states. The Chinese media mobilised in 2002 to ensure that Jiang Zemin entered the pantheon of great Chinese leaders. The preparations for the 16th Congress of the Communist Party gave rise to intense ideological campaigns and more crackdowns on cyber-dissidents. Self-censorship increased in Hong Kong, which is used to more freedom, and its authorities prepared to pass a "national security" law that bodes ill for freedom of the press and expression. The end of President Jiang Zemin's mandate and the arrival of Hu Jintao at the helm of the state spawned a vast propaganda campaign in the Chinese media. In June, the government addressed a 32-point memorandum to the main news media defending the line of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) on news reporting. The media were required to promote a "suitable climate" in the run-up to the congress and sensitive subjects such as privatisation or class conflict were banned.

I say the community should accept his apology. We were waiting for him to take this crucial step in helping the city move on. Now, he has done so. Sure, Chavonne should have apologized earlier. He acknowledged as much in a radio interview Friday on WIDU. And certainly any mea culpa can be picked over as to what he could have said and what he left out. For instance, I don’t think people had a problem with Chavonne going to the hospital to see a friend. He’s human, and that was a very human thing to do. But overall, I think the mayor struck the right conciliatory tone in his op-ed piece. The tone was polar opposite of the defiant stand he took at Tuesday night’s meeting. He wrote in Friday’s edition that he "lost sight" of the important role perception plays in his actions.
